Once details have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice and payment link via email. Payment is required in full for reservations within 30 days of the installation date.

I've Never Rented Yard Signs Before; What Should I Expect?

Many of our customers are first-time renters too! No worries-- we make the process quick and easy...

STEP 1: Complete the reservation request form; tell us about your honoree and event details like the date, and location for the installation, the occasion, theme, and their interests. Interested in even more personalization like Big Head Keepsake or other custom piece? Let us know in your reservation request. We'll finalize the details of the reservation then email you an invoice with a secure payment link. Once payment is received and confirmed, your reservation is set. 

STEP 2: We'll create an awesome display they'll love, complete with props to capture who they are while matching the theme and occasion, all to mark their big moment in a big yard sign display for everyone to see-- think of it like a giant bouquet of greeting cards for the yard! Customizations like a Big Head Keepsake make it all the more memorable!

STEP 3: Mission accomplished! Enjoy the smile on the honoree's face as their eyes light up with joy--their reaction will truly be priceless-- AND you've made their already special moment even more special! Now, enjoy the celebration! We'll break up display and pick up the signs at the conclusion of your reservation window, hassle-free.

Do I Need To Be Present For Installation?

Just like reserving, our installation process is easy and hassle-free. On the day of installation, we simply show up and set up. We do not need you to be present for the installation or for pickup unless required by the event venue or business (for non-residential installations).

What Time Will My Installation Be?

We aim for having all installations completed by 10 A.M. each day. If our availability does not allow for day-of installation, we ask that we set up the evening before (this generally is the case for weekday rentals during the school year). Weekend rental installations are generally completed the morning of your reservation window. 

We plan the route and installation schedule the day before and can communicate a better estimate of the installation time by request. Just shoot us a text message to (210)412-6196.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

As much we would love to celebrate with you, we understand that things come up sometimes. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation; you may call/text (210)412-6196 or email us at BigHeadYardSigns@gmail.com. 

A refund or rental credit will be issued less any custom design or request fees, if applicable.

Full rental rates will be charged if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before your installation. 

Please note that a cancellation request is not approved until confirmed by Big Head Works LLC (Big Head Yard Signs).
